Each consultation and testing are based on your unique needs.

New Client Comprehensive Consultation:  2 hour service that includes a one-on-one assessment and testing with informational imprinting, treatment tools and education. $200

 

New Remote/Virtual Comprehensive Consultation:  2 hour service that includes a one-on-one assessment and testing with informational imprinting, treatment tools and education. $200

 

Follow Up/Recheck Consultation:  1 hour appointment that includes one-on-one assessment, testing with informational imprinting, treatment tools, education and protocol. $165

 

Virtual/Remote Follow Up/Recheck Consultation: 1 hour appointment that includes one-on-one assessment testing with informational imprinting, treatment tools education and protocol. $75-$165

 

Cold Laser Allergy Consultation: 45-minute appointment that includes one-on-one assessment, testing, education and cold laser therapy. $200

Cold Laser Session:  15minutes - 1 hour appointment that includes one-one assessment, testing, education and cold laser therapy.  $30-$65 

 

Neuro Stimulation: 15minutes - 1 hr. appointment that includes assessment, testing, education and stimulation. $30-$65

Neuro Stimulation/Cold Laser:  30 minutes - 1 hour appointment that is a combination of neuro stimulation and cold laser therapy, one-on-one assessment, testing and education. $50-$75

Cancellations and No Shows: $50

While there is understanding that things come up and emergencies happen however, visit slots are limited. Please notify the office if you need to cancel your appointment 2 business days in advance so the appointment can be offered to another person. For no shows without reasonable explanation, Blooming 4 Wellness LLC reserves the right to charge $50 for the unused appointment.

Blooming 4 Wellness is not accepted by health insurance or Medicare plans.

Payment:

Blooming 4 Wellness LLC is a fee for service holistic practice. Payments are made directly after each appointment by cash or check. Blooming 4 Wellness LLC reserves the right to charge a $35 fee for returned checks.
